Concentrating functions at operation bases for efficient business expansion

The Hino Plant is one of Reiko’s two main production bases, and specializes in coating processes. It occupies a site measuring 24,000 square meters and houses an array of sophisticated production systems. The climate control system is capable of eliminating particles of foreign matter less than a micron in diameter. Air purity is maintained at the class 100 clean room level, which is the level required for the manufacture of ultrahigh-precision electronic components. Advanced coated films of various types are produced using film thickness control technology accurate from the nanometer level to 100 microns, as well as high-precision drying systems. The coating machines have a maximum operating speed of 500 meters per minute and can generate sheets up to 2.4 meters wide. The entire production system is controlled by computer, resulting in an excellent cost-performance ratio.
